Terms and Conditions:

Qualifications: You must have an established brick and mortar store to purchase wholesale. Please note that we do not sell to web-based stores.Selling Parachute Promise on e-Bay, Amazon, or any other online site is strictly prohibited. We require a valid Tax ID # or Resale Permit for wholesale customers.

Ordering: For all wholesale inquiries, you will work with the sales division of Parachute Promise. You may contact them at 1.866.867.3891 or fill out the contact and information form on this page and a representative will contact you within 1-2 business days.

A copy of your Tax ID or resale permit will be required and a faxed copy on file prior to approving your wholesale account.

Payment: Payment  is due in full upon placement of order. Established accounts in good standing will have net 30 terms.  We accept all major credit cards.

Minimum Order: A standard case of 24, reorders have a $100 minimum purchase.

Shipping/Handling: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Future Purchases: Future purchases (re-orders) must be made by contacting us directly.

Returns: All sales are final.

Agreement of Terms: By placing an order with Parachute Promise, you hereby understand and agree to abide by all the policies set forth by this agreement. These terms are subject to change at any time and you will be notified of such changes. We reserve the right to refuse any wholesale order for any reason. We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account found to be violating this agreement or any of the other terms and conditions stated herein.
